Q12. How to reconstitute DNA oligomers?

Before add any solvent, please briefly centrifuge your oligomers tubes prior to opening them, this will ensure the oligo pellet is at the bottom of your tube and will not be lost upon releasing the cap. To reconstitute DNA oligomers, please dissolve the oligonucleotide in 10 mM TE buffer (Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 1 mM EDTA). The recommended diluents volume is 100 ul 1ml, the concentration depending on the application to be used and the yield of the resulting product. After you add your TE buffer we would recommend briefly vortexing the tube, but we do not recommend that you spin them down after resuspension.
